From Sketch to Golden Sample: How Sampling Works
Sampling is where a leather product is won or lost. This is how a typical development round runs.

Before bulk production, a product moves through a short chain of approvals.
1. Brief and materials
You share a sketch, reference or tech pack. The factory proposes leather and hardware options.
2. First prototype
A first physical sample shows proportions, stitching and hardware fit.
3. Refinement
Feedback is folded into one or two further rounds. Collect all comments in one message per round to save time.
4. Golden sample
The approved sample becomes the reference. Bulk production is checked against it.
5. Bulk production
Quality checks compare each stage to the golden sample, from cutting to final inspection.
The more you settle on paper before sample one, the fewer rounds you need.
